These are questions that have been asked regularly so please have a read through you may find the answer to your question right here!?

QUESTION 1

Is your service free?

Answer

Yes. For college coaches we provide a very user-friendly free online resource that can help you search for student-athletes around the world.

QUESTION 2

How long does it take to register with you?

Answer

It only takes a minute to register online with us. Simply fill in the required fields on our registration page, your details will then be verified and within 48 hours you will receive confirmation of your online access.

QUESTION 3

Who will I be speaking to through the recruitment process?

Answer

It depends on the package option that the student-athlete has chosen.   If the student-athlete has chosen the Ultimate package then you will be speaking to mainly their designated Play Atlantic Recruitment Advisor, however if they have chosen another package it is the student-athlete who will be your main point of contact. If you ever unsure of the package that the student-athlete that you are interested in has chosen please contact us.

QUESTION 4

Why is it that some student-athlete profiles have multiple video media footage and others have none for me to watch?

Answer

Each package option that the student-athlete can choose has a variety of different benefits.  For example with the Free package the student-athlete does not have the privilege to upload a video or store as much personal information, where-as on the Ultimate package they can upload up to four videos and have more information for you to read.
