Terms and Conditions

  1. All Play Atlantic representatives are self-employed  independent contractors and as such Play Atlantic are not responsible for local taxes, national insurance or social security.
  2. Any independent web-based promotions within the reps local area such as websites, facebook or MySpace pages are strictly prohibited without prior consent from the Play Atlantic executive team.
  3. The burden of responsibility to regulate and keep track of all recommendations remains in the hands of the representative. Play Atlantic will provide all representatives with 72 hours at the beginning of the pay period to correct any erroneous remuneration statements set forth by the Play Atlantic accounts department.
  4. The representative agrees not to fraudulently promote themselves as a Play Atlantic employee for the purposes of creating their own agency.
  5. The representative agrees not to represent any other recruitment agencies.
  6. The representative agrees to give full cooperation and aid the executive and consultancy team in matters specifically regarding their local area, such as local athletic rankings and educational equivalencies.
  7. Play Atlantic reserves the right to terminate all dealings with representatives if any of the terms and conditions are deemed to be violated.
